Before you ask for a refund
If you have purchased a course and you are experiencing a technical issue with the course we recommend that you contact us first and seek assistance.
We only accept the order refund request within 1 month.
There is no service charge for the refund. It will be refunded in full.
· Unable to view the course.
· Course is "not as described" or the course doesn’t work the way it should.
· The bought item is inconsistent with the preview.
· Course support is promised but not provided
Non refundable case
· The course did not meet your expectations or you feel the course is of low quality
· You bought a course by mistake
· You can no longer access the course because it has been removed.(we advise you to learn the course soon to avoid this situation).
